So it's been pretty quiet over here lately. The next revision of PEMDAS is coming along, but unfortunately it probably won't be out for a while.

As always, I don't really like to give timeframes for release. But to give you a heads up, I don't see it happening any sooner than December. I don't think the current version too bad, so hopefully it should be usable til then. And I think it will be worth the wait.

In the meantime, if you're looking for some more stuff to do other than calculating, check out Kamelot. I started listening to them in 2004, and these guys rock. Like a bunch of other bands I listen to now, I actually found them through iTunes.

But Kamelot is the only band I know of that has made each new album better than the last, and quite a bit of time working on PEMDAS was spent with them playing on iTunes in the background.

They're touring the U.S. now, and I saw them live again the other night. One of the best sets I've seen. Highly recommended... any album after 1998 is good, and their new album Ghost Opera is fantastic start to finish. And if you don't see them live, you're missing out.
